Who to contact
MMO Nexus is operated by MMOPro Ltd. Contact [email protected] with questions about information held by the marketplace. Include the relevant wallet address or order reference, without sending private keys or seed phrases.
Public information
Your wallet address and the profile, offer, review and seller-reply details you publish can be viewed by others. Uploaded listing covers and profile images are public.
Transactions and supported order accounts are recorded on Solana. Blockchain records can be read outside this website. Removing content from the marketplace does not erase a blockchain transaction.
Messages, evidence and reports
The service stores conversation participants, message content and timestamps to provide your inbox. Messages are shown to the conversation's participants and are not end-to-end encrypted.
The service also stores submitted delivery evidence, dispute details and conduct reports. Their access controls differ from public listings: order evidence requires the relevant order approval or an authorized administrative action, and the reports inbox is restricted to administrators.
Do not include unrelated personal information, wallet secrets or passwords in messages, reports or evidence.
Information kept in your browser
Offer drafts, saved offers, recently viewed offers, comparison choices, blocking preferences, notification history and transaction recovery receipts use browser storage. These records do not automatically sync to another device.
Clearing site data can remove these local records, including a receipt needed to recover a pending transaction. Save the transaction signature and check your wallet activity before clearing data during a trade. Clearing browser data does not delete service-held records or blockchain history.
Requests to other services
Connecting a wallet involves your wallet provider. Reading balances and order state sends requests to the configured Solana RPC service. Images linked from another website can send a request to that host when loaded.
Some upload paths use Cloudinary for image hosting and, when configured, Hugging Face for automated image checks. The file involved is sent to the provider used by that upload path. These services process their own requests under their own terms.
The devnet faucet records wallet and network-address information for claim limits. Hosting and network services can also receive the connection information needed to handle a request.
Stored records and removal requests
The current service does not automatically expire stored messages, listings, reviews, reports or order evidence after a fixed number of days. Those records remain stored unless removed by the operator. A messaging session's expiry locks access; it does not delete the conversation.
To ask about access, correction or removal of service-held information, email [email protected]. Describe the information concerned so the request can be assessed. We may need to verify control of the relevant wallet. Blockchain records cannot be removed through this process.
